Help needed to document XWiki

The documentation is now open for editing by registered users. Feel free to add FAQ questions with or without the answers. If you don't find your answer to your question here, then you should absolutely add your question !

To create a new FAQ entry, create a new document using the following form:

Le problème de ce wiki est qu il n'est pas accessible a tous, je cherchais un wiki ou n'importe qui pouvait etre administrateur mais ici meme en si connaissant un minimum c'est pas simple domage

Il y a problème avec les langues sur cette FAQ, quand on veut modifier depuis la page française, on arrive sur des pages anglaises ; de même pour certaines entrées, qui d'une fois à l'autre peuvent apparaître en français ou en anglais…

Something I can't see anywhere. It seems when you upload an attachment; then remove it the content table does not remove the attachment from the table (size does not seem to drop back down to previous size).

If that's so, it is potentially going to happen that the database will get overbloated very quickly with old invalid data..

Hi, I've tried to create a new FAQ entry using the formular (after being logged in), which gave me the following answer : "Vous n'êtes pas autorisés à voir ce document ou à réaliser cette action"

Question was : How does the Email validation for new registering users work (does it work on Xwiki.com) ?

You need to change the question name before cliking on "Add a FAQ Entry".. There is an issue for question names that have already been used. I will need to fix this one.

I clicked on the "create this FAQ entry" button and got all the following (what gives)?:

A problem occured while trying to service your request. Please contact the support if this happens again.

Detailed information:

Error number 11002 in 3: Cannot add a template to document Doc.Question because it already has content

A suggetion: in the form for asking and answering questions, the category and sous catagory field could have drop down menus to make sure that questions end up in the right catagories. (I guess that only is important for users who are answering their own questions, since you know already know what the catagories are.)
