When you get to your Toolbar page, it will be blank. Click on the link to edit the page and add this to your page. (You will have to click on "edit this page" in order to view and copy the code.)

Warning: this will the delete all the current content of your menu.

If you want to get any of that content back, you can go to this page and copy whatever you need.

If you want the "edit the toolbar" link to go straight to the editing interface of the toolbar, instead of requiring the users to click on the "edit this page" link, you can use this code instead. (Use your own wiki's url, which you can get by right clicking on the "edit this page" link and selecting "copy link location". I am using Firefox and can't remember how this works in IE.)
